ATTENTION! If you used your debit card at Home Depot between the dates of April 2014 and September 2014 your card information may have been breached. We have issued new debit cards to replace your existing card. Please watch your mail for a new debit card and new PIN number. eStatements are now available! Look for the link on the overview page, that says SAVE A TREE, to sign up to receive your statement(s) online.
We are pleased and excited to inform you that due to our recently upgraded online banking product, Virtual Branch, we are now able to offer BILL PAY! You may now click on the Bill Pay tab and begin using our new service to pay your bills online!
Included in our Bill Pay module are many new services including:
- Pay Bills securely from our Virtual Branch website
- Sign up for eBills - receive bills electronically
- Reminders - use reminders to receive messages when payments are due
- Schedule recurring payments - excellent for payments that don't change from month to month
- AND COMING SOON - eStatements
If you haven't already, watch the tutorial on our website - just click on the HELPFUL LINKS from our home page at ndcfcu.com and click CHECK FREE.
Please be sure that we have your correct email address - look on the Self Service Tab in the Personal Options, Personal Information.
