We ask that our members use our drive-up, ATM, online banking and free online bill pay service. Some services may be available by appointment. To assist our members during this difficult time we will waive the fee for telephone transfers between your own accounts. We have also temporarily delayed the increase in most of our fees that were scheduled to be effective April 1, 2020.

PREVENT FRAUD ON YOUR DEBIT CARD WITH CARDVALET

 Our CardValet app lets you take control of your Notre Dame debit card with your smartphone. Just download the CardValet application from the Apple app store or Google play and then set your controls or alerts. Contact our member service team for assistance or more information.

Notre Dame Community Federal Credit Union is committed to providing you with the most advanced fraud protection solutions available in the marketplace. In keeping with this commitment, preventative measures have been taken to secure your Debit / ATM card account from fraudulent activity.

If you are planning to travel or use your card outside Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, Maine and New Hampshire please notify the Credit Union to authorize your card for use in other states or countries.

Due to loss exposure debit cards cannot be used at car rental agencies.

KEEP YOUR ACCOUNT STATEMENTS SAFE AND SECURE WITH E-STATEMENTS

Look for the link on the overview page to sign up to receive your statements online. eStatements gives you direct access to your monthly statement(s) from virtually anywhere. It is a free, convenient, and environmentally friendly way to receive and view your monthly account information. Each month we will send you an email notification to alert you that your monthly account statement(s) are ready. Simply log into Virtual Branch, click eStatements, and you are ready to view and download your statement(s). Due to security implications, browsers with outdated security protocol will no longer be able to access Virtual Branch. You will need Windows 7 or above starting in October 2017.
